I had some problems with the room service. i asked about a prayer mat and was quoted a price, then told it wasn't for sale. this back and forth ruined my trip, as i was prepared to pay but the conflicting information was frustrating. the lobby felt more like a marketplace. It was very busy and chaotic

Everything felt special here. The location provided very nice views and easy access to activities. The room was super clean and beautifully designed with thoughtful touches. The staff was warm and cute, going above and beyond.. I especially enjoyed the pool area and the small details .

I requested to purchase the prayer mat from room service and I was quoted 289 AED. the manager later stated they are not for sale. This mixed information was disappointing as I was prepared to pay the initially offered price.
